Perfectly positioned, the home offers expansive bay and canal views from every deck and nearly every room, filling the residence with natural light, coastal breezes, and a serene waterfront atmosphere throughout this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath property. 
As our guest, you’ll enjoy full access to Sunset Island’s exceptional amenities, including: three private beaches, indoor and outdoor community pools, clubhouse fitness center, scenic walking trails, on-site café, beachside bar, and restaurant (seasonal availability).
Please note: Upon arrival, all beds will be freshly made and the bathrooms will be fully stocked with clean towels, so you can settle in and begin your vacation the moment you walk through the door.

Floor By Floor Description:

• First Floor- The first floor includes a garage that comfortably fits one vehicle and houses an impressive collection of beach and recreation amenities, including beach chairs, cabanas, boogie boards, paddleboards, kayaks, life vests, beach games like Kan Jam, and a private outdoor shower. Also on this level: laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, “Sandpiper” bedroom featuring a queen bed, canal views, and adjacent full bath, front porch with beautiful canal and bay views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation
• Second Floor (Main Living Level) - The second floor is the heart of the home, designed for gathering and entertaining. It features: open-concept living room with large smart TV and bay and canal views, front balcony overlooking both the canal and bay, rear balcony off the kitchen with additional bay views, fully equipped kitchen with double ovens, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and a complimentary coffee station, dining and seating options abound, with: a large dining table seating 12, 3 high-top bar stools, 2 lower stools at the island.
• Third Floor-  The third floor offers three bedrooms, all with bay views: primary suite with king bed, private balcony, en-suite bath with walk-in shower, large jetted tub, and double sinks, "Mermaid” bedroom with queen bed, “Nautical” bedroom with bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top) and a twin trundle. The Mermaid and Nautical bedrooms also overlook the canal and share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
• Fourth Floor – “Captain’s Quarters” the fourth floor serves as a second primary suite, featuring: king bed, en-suite bath with tub/shower combo, private balcony with the best bay views in the home, crib conveniently located on this level.

Sunset Island is a private Bay Front community, conveniently located on 67th street in Ocean City, MD. This luxurious resort features anything you need for a safe and sound family vacation. Just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, Sunset Island offers Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Three Private Beaches, Fitness Center, Boat Slips, Crabbing Pier, Island Cafe/Restaurant, General Store, 24 Hour Security With Gated Access, and Interactive Fountain and great community activities. Short drive to popular bars and restaurants such as Seacrets,  Fager's Island,  Mackey's, Dead Freddy's, and a lot more! 
Amenity Fees: $220.00 covers 6 facility & 3 parking passes.  Please note, additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week.
